Look through all of the stuff that you have been studying over the past few years and see what subject that you really liked. This can be the theme of your Master’s thesis.
Next you have to choose an advisor to help you in the writing process of your thesis. There are some questions you should ask yourself before you choose, does your advisor show an interest in your theme and is your advisor an expert on the theme of your thesis and is your advisor currently doing research that you would like to do with them?
Do a thorough literature review of the topic of your thesis. You have to find journal articles and other research on the subject.
After you have done all of your research, you have to come up with a hypothesis or hypotheses and research questions that you have about the subject. You should know the answer to the questions before you start your research. Do all of your research results give general results? Are all of your results originals? These are all questions you should ask when you are doing your experiments.
Start to run your experiments and make sure you have all of the information and the experiments planned out before you start them. You also might have to get approval from your advisor before you start your experiments.
After all of your experiments are done, you can now start to analyze all of the results that you got for your thesis.
Now that you have all of the hard work done, it’s time to write your thesis and submit it to journals or to your peer review conference. This doesn’t mean that you are completely done with your thesis, this is just where you submit it, which is required for most Master theses.
After you submit to the journals and present it at the conference then you have to write up your final thesis and submit it. You will also have to defend your research to a peer review board.
